Cognitive State Design™ is my present work: a human-centered discipline for designing the relationship among people, purpose, environment, experience, and increasingly capable intelligent systems while human judgment, consent, accountability, and authority remain primary.
Cognitive State Systems LLC is the company through which the discipline is developed and tested. The work connects MICRO HAUS, SATA-CODA™, ZENOASIS™, ZEN-TECH™, DuME™, DHI™ — DuME™ Human Interface — immersive design, and AI-assisted interfaces. Technology can recommend, configure, and assist; human purpose, consent, judgment, responsibility, and final choice remain primary.
The Codex gives the philosophy language. Products and controlled pilots test what can be implemented responsibly. Evidence—not hype—determines what earns the right to scale.

The Codex is the founding publication behind Cognitive State Design™. It documents the principles, operating method, governance, evidence boundaries, and real-world learning system used to design the human side of intelligent systems.
How do we use intelligent systems to expand human capability without giving up human agency, judgment, consent, and purpose?
Creation methodology is disclosed in the manuscript: founder-created and human-directed, with artificial intelligence used for synthesis, comparison, drafting, structural organization, and editorial support. Human authority remains primary.

Experience became a design discipline.
The past matters because it explains the discipline behind the work now. Finance, entrepreneurship, music, immersive experimentation, community, and AI gradually converged into a governed design framework centered on human agency.
